Cara Betul cuci Radiator dengan / tanpa thermostat

A . Cuci Radiator ( Jika Kereta tiada guna thermostat , biasanya semua kereta ada , cuma pomen kadang kala cakap tak perlu sebab negara kita ni tiada musim sejuk)
- Radiator ini ada 2 host, Top Host dan Lower Host.Cabutt Getah di Top Host sahaja. Masukan air dengan paip getah ke dalam Getah Top Host ni. Air akan keluar daripada munsung Top Host tadi
- Tadah air kotor yang keluar dari muncung Top Host tu,Kalau ada getah atau host yg lain boleh sambung ke muncung Top host ni supaya dapat dialirkan keluar air kotor tu
- Biarkan pengaliran air kotor tu
B.Cuci Radiatot dengan Yang ada Thermostat
- Buka skrew di Lower Host.Masukkan air dengan getah paip ke muncung Radiator
- Air akan keluar dari muncung Lower Host
- Tadah air kotor itu
- Biarkan pengaliran air kotor tu
Untuk A dan B : Bila air dah penuh dan pengaliran air kotor berjalan dengan lancar, hiduokan injin dengan paip getah masih mengalir air.Ini kerana kalau tiada air, dan injin berjalan, ia akan merosakkan injin.
Bila tiada lagi air kotor. tutup air paip itu .Tutup Top Host / Lower Host.Matikan injin.
Kemudian hidup semula injin,masukan air suling di mulut radiator , dengan getah di top host dibuka, bila dah pasti air suling yg dimasukkan keluar semula di muncung top host tu. Matikan injin,tutup top host itu.
Tuang 3/4 coolant ke dalam radiator bakinya ke tangki spare.
Hidupkan injin, masukan air suling ke radiator dari semasa ke semasa sehingga tiada buih lagi di radiator tu.
- Buka Top hos, masukan getah paip ,air akan masuk lalu keluar di

EGR Valve
Valve tertutup dan terbuka Bila ram kereta, Gas drp exhaust masuk dalam ruang pembakaran, utk sejukan injin
- Guna 4DWT Antirust, sembur di bahagian kekotoran
- Guna bers gigi utk bersihkan
Kilatkan Lampu kereta
Lampu kereta di bahagian luar yang mempunyai tompok kinung tu yang cermin lampu tu nampak pudar.Kita akan hilangkan warna kuning ini
- Tiga jenis kertas pasir dgn gred berbeza iaitu 600,1000 & 2000
- Samurai Paint Clear 2k with UV Protection
- Masking tape
- Plastik
- Air sabun
Caranya
- Lekatkan masking tape di sekeliling lampu.Tujuannya utk elak dari tegosok dgn kertas pasir bahagian yg lain
- Basuhkan permukaan lampu tu dengan air sabun termasuk yang ada warna kuning tu
- Gosok secara membulat permukaan lampu dengan kertas pasir 600
- Bersih dan bilas
- Gosokan kedua kertas pasir 1000,gosok secara mendaftar
- Gosakan terakhir kertas 2000 ,gosok dan cuci
- Kini permukaan lampu bersih tapi pudar.
- Biarkan 100% kering, boleh lap juga
- Untuk spray , perlu guna plastik utk tutup bahagian sekelilingnya
- Sembur secara mendatar , sembur nipis
- Sembur lapisan kedua secara sederhana,sembur atas bawah
- Sembur lapisan ketiga dan terakhir ,tebal sikit
- Tunggu kering, selepas 1 jam akan nampak hasilnya.Kalau boleh biarkan kering sehingga 24 jam

Tiada peperiksaan akhir untuk sidang akademik 2019 / 2020
Penularan wabak Covid -19 serta Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan yang bermula dari 18/3 2020 sehinnga 31/03/2020 ,kemudiannya dilanjutkan ke 14/04/2020, menyebabkan pihak pengurusan universiti mengumumkan tiada peperiksaan akhir diadakan untuk sesi ini.
Pensyarah kursus masing masing akan menilai markah 60 % ini kelak.
Bagaimana agaknya penilaian akan dibuat ?
Kursus yang saya ambil ,JIM 318 Mathematical Software Laboratory, sememangnya tiada peperiksaan akhir.
Penilaian dibuat seperti berikut:-
Anggaran Markah
Laporan Makmal - 30% ( 25% )
Tugasan 1 -10% ( 8% )
Tugasan 2 ( Mini Project )- 10% ( 8% )
Peperiksaan Berterusan - 50% (30%)
